Employee Assistance Programs

EAPs are employee benefit programs offered by many employers, intended to help employees confront  personal problems that might adversely impact their job performance, health & well-being.

EAPs generally include short-term counseling & referral services for employees & their household members. Supervisors may also refer employees (supervisor referral) based upon poor performance or conduct matters.

HGI works with companies & organizations to provide counseling to assist both employees & employers work through different challenges, either personal or career.
